Shipping and Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges  

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:  
1.⁠ ⁠The request is made within 14 days of delivery.  
2.⁠ ⁠The condition of item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered in its original packaging with all tags attached.  
3.⁠ ⁠Discounted items (including those purchased with discount codes) cannot be returned or exchanged.  
4.⁠ ⁠Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  
5.⁠ ⁠Returns must be approved via WhatsApp before sending them back.  

ODIVA reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions.  

How to Return  
1.⁠ ⁠Contact us via WhatsApp: +62 813-1085-6767 with your order number and tracking details.  
2.⁠ ⁠Once approved, we’ll send a return authorization form and instructions.  
3.⁠ ⁠Return shipping costs are your responsibility.  
4.⁠ ⁠Once we receive the approve item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (processing may take up to 7 business days).
